I had observed five of people in my environment to know their characteristics based on Johari window.
1. My first friend has initial D (man). He belongs to open-minded person. He likes speech too much. But he also gets more feedback or information from the partner. He usually chats with people who have characteristic open-minded people.
2. Then my friend M, he is a fussy man, if his friend gives one question for him, he answer more and his friend just listen his story. So he belongs to exhibition.
3. Next my new friend in my boarding house, her name Maya. She is a good listener. She always listen well when our friend share to her. She just talks less. So she belongs to game man.
4. Then my new boarding house’s friend. Her name Tias. She belongs to loner girl, because when one of my friend talk to her, she just talk once, and she doesn’t give feedback. So my friend doesn’t continue the chatting.
5. The last my boy friend, he is open minded man, he likes share with me and me too. We always chat about everything. He gets more information for me and he gives feedback to me.
That’s all my observation :)
